My Fruitful Voyage

I really wanted to have a Chanel or a Louis Vuitton bag! But unfortunately, I really can’t afford one. Huhuhu

First of all, our savings is not enough for a Chanel or a LV bag because we have to consider our upcoming expenses. One of them is my child delivery by the end of May or June this year. This will surely be our first major expenditure. Another is we are currently saving for the construction of our dream house. We are hoping to save it before the last quarter of this year so that by January of 2012 we can start its construction.

As they say in times like this and with money constraint – one should prioritize! And that’s what I’m doing right now. I’m trying to control myself on shopping especially on bags. I’m even restraining myself from buying a replica Chanel just to protect our savings..

I miss them. 

They are my former office mates from my past employer. Being with them for several years (months to others) has been made my office life a memorable one. Since I had them, I had the best moments of my working career – well, after nine years of staying in the same employer. Though, I really had some great friends like Jhona (who is a blogger too) where I spent most of my joyous days before. But it was only recently where our group got bigger and stronger. 

But unfortunately, after I stepped out last November, the group has never been the same anymore. One of my colleagues told me that they never had the time to bond because most of them are too busy to still talk about each others lives. Oh well, maybe that’s the way how things work in the corporate world. Nothing is really permanent, right?
