Let's Act for A Greener Earth

My friends and I are currently on a green mission. What do I mean about that? Well, we just joined an organization last week that talks and act for the restoration and saving the environment. I think most of us knew that our home – the Planet Earth is current dying from industrialization and human made waste.

Our main goal was to make our planet alive in the years to come. We already attended a lot of seminars and workshop that really help us realized how important that we act now to save our home. If we don’t act now it will be too late for all of us especially for our children.

That’s why last week; our team bought some compost bins for us to produce a bunch of organic compost that will help in our tree planting activity next month. I know for some this is just a simple act but for all us in the organization it is a big step for having a longer and a greener life.

Busy and Thankful

Hi guys! It’s been a while since I got online. I ‘ve been busy for the past few days that I wasn’t able to get in touch with my blogs. Being a working mom is very at times especially when you still have to go online even at midnight. Not that I’m complaining but sometimes my body and mind can’t seem to move especially if I laid my back on our bed.

Like today, it’s a sunny Sunday afternoon a perfect time to bond with my kids. But because I need to close my deal on medical computers online I’m in front of the computer finalizing it.

Please don’t get me wrong but I’m very thankful that I have a lot in my hands right now – off and online. I am just talking to free my mind and at least release my tensions.

About Browser Security

I am really amazed on how our technology has advanced rapidly in just a short time. I still remember when I was still in my high school days; we used to type our projects with the use of a typewriter for computer then where not friendly enough to help students. I think Bill Gates haven’t discovered or invented the Microsoft office my teachers then were teaching us about the DOS program and Lotus which unfortunately is totally obsolete today. I also remember using a computer with a very small fat, bulky screen that only displays blue or black screen. Lol! Yes, it was a very old era which I consider as the “Jurassic era” of computers. Lol! But please don’t ask for my age for I just turned 31 a year ago. Lol!

But now, things are a lot better and a lot prettier. Now, if you want to know something –like a meaning of a word just browsed on to the internet and you can be sure that you’ll have the answer in just a click. You can also connect with friends and families using the web and finally you can earn big time by just using the World Wide Web. Though with all the advantages and many benefits of the internet, having a browser security  is one of the most important things to consider when you are an internet junkie. If you consider the internet as part of your life or daily routine it is a must that you must secure it and have a proper browser protection.

I think all of us know that the internet is also full of thieves and hackers which can really hurt you big time online. Other loose lots of money because of lack of internet and browser security. Good thing, Invincea has created a great browser protection to secure all your browsing needs. If you want to know more just click on invincea.com and be protected. It’s better to be secure than to lose everything you have.

My cousin Kaye has a new job new. Finally, she is working a great hospital in our place and can now use what she has learned from school. You see, my cousin Kaye has finished her nursing degree about three years ago and since then she has been applying for a nursing job in all known hospital she knows she can have a great future on.

Unfortunately, in our country, looking for a job is one of the most famous problems of fresh graduates especially nursing graduates where a nursing job is always limited because of lack of hospital. My cousin knows this problem even before she enrolled herself to a nursing course. She knows that she might not be working on a hospital where she would assist her patient adjusting his or her bariatric bed. Or even clean or arrange some colostomy supplies. She knows the disadvantage and the risk of studying nursing in our country, where after you graduated or even if you pass the nursing board exam you will still be caught working in a business outsourcing job like call center agents. Well, there’s nothing wrong in that job but if you just studied and passed the course it would be better if you will be working with it thru your lifetime. Like if you are a nurse you should be pulling medical chairs or medical accessories and not clerical chairs and telephones, right?

But honestly, I really cannot blame the people who vented to become a nurse even though they wouldn’t be sure for a secure job. We really cannot do anything if they wanted that way – they just want to fulfill their dreams, right? Anyways, I’m just glad that my cousins are lucky enough to have their dream job. At least with it they can proudly say that they are a real nurse and they had fulfilled their dreams.

I’m currently on the cramming mode again. You see, only a few months from now my youngest son Zack will celebrate his 1st birthday. But up to this time I still don’t have any plans or contacted any suppliers for Zack’s big day. Urgh! Unfortunately, my preoccupied mind and my busy schedule hindered me for planning ahead of time and I’m really not happy about it.

Now, that I have thought about it and while I still have the time, I am trying to do my list and thought of browsing the internet on birthday party supplies for kids. My eldest son Aj suggested that we make it a zoo party theme and so I tried browsing the internet on different animal party accessories which fortunately the World Wide Web has a lot of it. I saw some zebra party supplies that are really cute and are just perfect for Aj’s suggestions. I also saw some paper lanterns that would be very cool if I include them on my shopping list. I gathered all the data and all the photos to see what my husband would say. Unfortunately, he doesn’t like the idea of having a theme related to animals or zoo.

He actually wants a manlier theme for Zack’s birthday. He told me to browse on Zurchers.com website and check out their Pirate treasure theme and this is what I got.

This is a Pirate Treasure Custom party kit from Zuchers and by the look at it I think my husband will approve it. But honestly I find it the graphics and the theme itself inappropriate for my baby. Hmp! Well, I wanted a little gentler and cuter theme because that is what Zack’s is. Cute, cuddly and lovable! Unlike the pirates which for me is full of gore. Oh well, looks like my husband and I will have some debating to do about this one.
